舉：「槃山語云：『光境俱忘，復是何物？』」師云：「直饒與麼道，猶在半途，未是透脫一路。」僧便問：「如何是透脫一路？」師云：「天台華頂，趙州石橋。」

He cited: "Panshan's words say: 'When both light and objects are forgotten, what thing is it again?'" The Master said, "Even if spoken in this way, you are still halfway; this is not yet the road of complete liberation." A monk then asked, "What is the road of complete liberation?" The Master said, "Huading on Mount Tiantai; the Stone Bridge of Zhaozhou."
