因見僧商量次，師打床一下，僧默然，師云：「作麼生是打靜一句？」僧云：「出頭即𬿀𦤻。」師云：「三十年後不得錯舉。」

Once, seeing monks conferring together, the Master struck the meditation seat once. The monks were silent. The Master said, "What is the phrase for striking to silence?" A monk said, "Sticking one's head out brings disgrace." The Master said, "Thirty years from now, do not quote this mistakenly!"
