3.63

師問柴頭：「爾為什麼拽折大梁鋸？」僧云：「無。」師云：「無即休。」代云：「彼此。」又云：「平地。」又云：「也知和尚為頭首辛苦。」

The Master asked the firewood manager, "Why did you pull and snap the large beam saw?"
The monk said, "I did not."
The Master said, "If not, then let it drop."
Answering on their behalf, [the Master] said, "Both sides."
He also said, "Flat ground."
He also said, "I also know the Upādhyāya works hard on behalf of the monastic officers."
