1.81

舉：「昔有一老宿，因僧問：『師子捉兔亦全其力，捉象亦全其力。未審，全箇甚麼力？』老宿云：『不欺之力。』」師別云：「不會古人語。」

He cited: "In the past, there was a senior monk who, because a monk asked: 'When a lion catches a hare, it uses its full strength; when it catches an elephant, it also uses its full strength. I wonder, what kind of strength is fully used?' The senior monk said: 'The strength of not deceiving.'" The Master offered an alternative: "He did not understand the ancient's words."
