師云：「古人午前來者，木人呼喚得迴頭；午後來者，木人呼喚不迴頭；正午來者，呼喚即是不呼喚，即是此是曹洞血脈。作麼生會？會得也是第二月。久立，珍重。」

The Master said: "As for those among the ancients who came before noon, when the wooden person called them, they turned their heads; as for those who came after noon, when the wooden person called them, they did not turn their heads; as for those who came at high noon, calling is just not calling, not calling is just calling. This is the bloodline of Caodong. How do you understand it? Even if you understand it, it is still the second moon. You have stood long; take care."
