「麻浴參忠國師，遶菴一匝，振錫一下，師曰：『既有如是，何用見吾？』又振錫一下，師喝云：『這野狐精。』」代云：「唐突和尚。」

"Mayu visited National Teacher Zhong. He circled the hermitage once and shook his ring-staff once. The Master said, 'Since you already have such, what need is there to see me?' [Mayu] shook his ring-staff once more. The Master shouted, 'This wild-fox spirit!'" Replacing [the original words], he said, "Offending the Venerable."
