日往月來如擲梭，年顏不覺暗消磨，勸君早踐菩提路，
世諦嘍囉不用多。

Days go and months come like the throwing of a shuttle;
Without realizing it, the beauty of youth is darkly worn away.
I urge you to tread early on the path of bodhi;
In worldly conventions, clever dexterity is of no great use.
