上堂云：「一月普現一切水，一切水月一月攝。誠哉是言也，可謂塑不成，畫不就，昨夜三更白如晝。」

Ascending the hall, he said, "'One moon universally appears in all waters; the moons in all waters are gathered into the one moon.' Truly are these words spoken! It may be said: it cannot be sculpted, it cannot be painted; last night at the third watch it was white as day."
