或云：「繞天下行脚，到處豈無尊宿相為？還有盡力道得底句麼？」代云：「口只堪喫飯。」

Or he would say: "Traveling on foot throughout the world, wherever you went, were there not venerable elders helping you? Is there a phrase that can be uttered with all your might?" Speaking on their behalf, he said: "The mouth is only fit for eating rice."
