The monk said, 'The Upādhyāya fears I am not genuine.' Zhou said, 'My staff is not here; with a broom handle I'll give you thirty [blows] anyway.'" The Master said, "Muzhou only had the mind to accept the jade disc; he had no intention of ceding cities."
