舉：「僧問五祖：『一大藏教是箇切脚，未審切那箇字？』祖云：『八囉娘。』」師云：「迅雷不及掩耳。」

[The Master] cited: "A monk asked Wuzu: 'The entire canon of teachings is a fanqie spelling. I wonder: what character does it spell?' Wuzu said: 'Bala niang.'" The Master said: "Sudden thunder leaves no time to cover one's ears."
