淨名呵善現，金牛勘龐老，彼此不相饒，峻機無處討。雲行雨施，雷奔電掃，殺虎陷虎，出草入草，毘婆尸佛早留心，直至如今不得妙。

Vimalakīrti scolded Subhūti; / Jinniu examined Old Pang. / Neither yields to the other; / their steep dynamic leaves nowhere to search. / Clouds moving and rain bestowing, / thunder rushing and lightning sweeping: / killing the tiger and trapping the tiger, / coming out of the grass and entering the grass. / Vipaśyin Buddha paid attention to this early on, / yet even down to the present day he has not attained its marvel.
