師一日謂趙巨濟曰：「老和尚忽退去，別有人來教爾禪，這一轉因緣，怎生會？那一轉又如何會？便將熱屎潑。記取。」

One day the Master said to Zhao Juji, "If the old master suddenly retires and someone else comes to teach you Chan, how will you understand this turn of circumstances? And how will you understand that turn? Then splash them with hot excrement! Remember this."
