木菴和尚遺書至，拈香云：「大眾！還識遮尊慈麼？雖與我同條生，不與我同條死。稔聞在七閩，揚塵兼簸土，凌茂宗風不奈何，今朝喜見清平路。清平路既見，畢竟如何？茶傾三奠，香爇一爐。伏惟尚享！」

When the testament of Venerable Mu'an arrived, he offered incense and said: "Great assembly! Do you recognize this venerable, compassionate one? Although born on the same branch as me, he did not die on the same branch. I often heard that in the seven regions of Min, he raised dust and winnowed earth; though the flourishing lineage style was irrepressible, today I am glad to see the road of clarity and peace. Now that the road of clarity and peace is seen, ultimately what of it? Three libations of tea poured out, a burner of incense lit. We respectfully hope he will partake!"
