乃云：「去住無心，卷舒有則，布之則彌於六合，六合猶窄；置之則歛於一毫，一毫猶寬，為彼群生從何而起？」卓主丈：「飛過帝鄉去，遠接南山陰。」

He then said: "Going and staying without thought, rolling up and unfurling with regular measure: spread it out, and it fills the six directions, yet the six directions are still too narrow; store it away, and it gathers into a single hair, yet a single hair is still too wide. From where do those sentient beings arise?" Striking his staff: "Flying past the imperial city, reaching far into the shade of the Southern Mountains."
