The next day he ascended the hall: "The one breath is wordless, issuing from the bottom of the nine abysses; the first hexagram line has no form, beginning as the ancestor of the myriad transformations. As before, clouds and creatures display auspicious signs, and mountains and forests transform their appearance. If a fellow suddenly broke through the lacquer tub before yin and yang were divided, how would it be then? If it were truly so, even cast iron must be shattered to powder."
