上堂云。月低天曉。雪積山寒。風樹蕭蕭。野雲冉冉。廣長舌相。無爾藏縮處。淨妙法身。無爾蓋覆處。到這裡如何。得端的相應去。還會麼。蓑衣篛笠賣黃金。幾處相逢不解喚。

Ascending the hall, he said: "The moon is low, the sky dawns; snow piles deep, the mountains are cold. The wind in the trees is rustling; the wild clouds drift leisurely. For the mark of the broad and long tongue, there is no place for you to hide away; for the pure and wondrous Dharma body, there is no place for you to cover it over. When you arrive here, how will you attain authentic correspondence? Do you understand? / Wearing a coir raincoat and bamboo hat, selling pure gold— / meeting in so many places, yet none know how to call out."
