上堂云。獨立不改。周行不殆。莫嫌滿眼諸塵。須信唯心三界。列千峯而向嶽。會百川而到海。諸禪德。恁麼會得也。卷簾除却障。恁麼不會也。閉戶生得礙。會與不會商量。漆桶依前不快。

Ascending the hall, [the Master] said: "Standing alone without changing, moving all around without tiring. Do not dislike the dusts filling the eyes; you must believe that the three realms are mind-only. Aligning a thousand peaks, they face toward the high mountain; gathering a hundred streams, they reach the sea. Venerable Chan monks, if you understand like this, rolling up the blinds removes the obstruction. If you do not understand like this, closing the door produces hindrance. Debating whether one understands or does not understand—the lacquer bucket is still not cheerful."
