上堂云。環中隱照。蟄龍吟枯木之雲。量外真明。老兔弄夜輪之魄。機前梭路。石女能分。肘後印章。木人得用。直得一印印遍虛空。法界更無遺餘。諸人還體悉得麼。六門通曉意。大地絕纖塵。

Ascending the hall, [the Master] said: "Hiddenly illuminating within the circle, the hibernating dragon roars in the clouds of the withered tree. Truly bright beyond measure, the old hare plays with the moonlight disc of the night. The path of the shuttle prior to function: the stone woman can discern it; the seal worn behind the elbow: the wooden man can employ it. One directly attains a single seal stamping everywhere across empty space, with nothing left over in the Dharma realm. Do you people comprehend? When the six gates are thoroughly aware of the intent, the great earth is completely free of fine dust."
