上堂舉僧問雲門。殺父殺母。佛前懺悔。殺佛殺祖。向甚麼處懺悔。門云。露師云。好諸禪德。無稜縫絕廉纖。隨心自在。當處解脫。還會麼。有餘一法著不得。無餘一法也還祛。

Ascending the hall, he cited: A monk asked Yunmen, "If one kills one's father and kills one's mother, one repents before the Buddha. If one kills the Buddha and kills the Patriarchs, where does one repent?" / Yunmen said, "Exposed!" / The master said, "Good Chan worthies! With no seams and utterly free of trivialities, follow your mind with ease and be liberated right on the spot. Do you understand? Not a single remainder of Dharma can be retained; a single Dharma without remainder must also be dispelled."
