舉米胡令僧問仰山。今時人還假悟否。山云。悟即不無。爭奈落第二頭何。僧回舉似米胡。胡深肯之。頌曰。
Mihu had a monk ask Yangshan: "Do people of today still depend on awakening?" / Yangshan said: "It is not that there is no awakening, but what can be done about falling into the secondary?" / The monk returned and recounted this to Mihu. Mihu deeply approved of it. / The verse says:
