上堂密密住其中。靈然空不空。一牛纔飲水。五馬不嘶風。位裏亡消息。機頭有變通。三千大千事。彈指入圓融。

[Hongzhi] ascended the hall: "Intimately abiding within it, / Spiritually resonant, empty yet not empty. / Just as one ox drinks water, / The five horses do not whinny in the wind. / Within the position, news is extinguished; / At the tip of the mechanism, there is adaptive fluency. / The affairs of the three-thousand great thousand [worlds], / With the snap of a finger, enter perfect fusion."
