師乃云。陰極而陽生。力窮而位轉。蒼龍退骨而驤。玄豹披霧而變。要將三世佛髑髏。穿作數珠子一穿。莫道明頭暗頭。真箇日面月面。直饒爾斗滿秤平。也輪我賣貴買賤。諸禪德。還會麼。槃裏明珠。不撥自轉。

The Master then said: “When yin reaches its utmost, yang arises; when power is exhausted, position turns. The green dragon sheds its bones and gallops forth; the dark leopard dons the mist and transforms. If you want to take the skulls of the buddhas of the three periods and string them into a single string of beads, do not speak of the bright side or the dark side: it is truly the Sun-face, the Moon-face! Even if your bushel is full and your scales are balanced, it is still my turn to sell high and buy low. Meditators, do you understand? The bright pearl in the basin turns of itself without being nudged.”
