畫手未相識。默心誰與知。千峯斂雲脚。一月濯風漪。
牆面袖雙手。對緣橫兩眉。驚龜之縮兮愧有其兆。
逸鳥之翔兮情亡所覉。

The painter's hand does not yet know me; / Who can share knowledge of the silent mind? / A thousand peaks pull in the feet of the clouds; / A single moon washes the windblown ripples. / Facing the wall, tucking both hands in the sleeves; / Confronting conditions, crossing the two eyebrows. / The startled turtle drawing back—ashamed to leave a omen; / The free bird soaring—in its feelings without restraint.
