庚子冬二十八日。天意晴和。與止上人同南麓行。橫岡轉流。長作清響。陰溪直木。寒無悴容。到竹林人家。飲茶而還

On the twenty-eighth day of the winter of the gengzi year, the weather was clear and mild. Together with Senior Zhi, I walked along the southern foothills. Transverse ridges and winding streams made a lingering, clear sound. In the shaded ravine, the upright trees bore no withered countenance in the cold. We arrived at a home in the bamboo grove, drank tea, and returned.
