癯山早寒。老木先槁。心潛三界空。念動一塵眇。
太虛誰與增添。萬像何曾欠少。止猶谷神唯自知。
肯把閒身相攪擾。

The emaciated mountain is early cold; / the old tree is first to wither. / The mind submerges into the emptiness of the three realms; / a thought stirs, minute as a single speck of dust. / Great Void—who adds anything to it? / The ten thousand phenomena—when have they ever been deficient? / Stillness is like the valley spirit, known only to itself; / how could it take this idle body to disturb and agitate?
