山寒露風稜。水瘦褪沙痕。劫空須到底。用妙不循根。
宗派誰傳衣鉢。他家自有兒孫。

The mountain is cold, exposing the sharp ridges of wind;
The water is thin, leaving behind marks on the sand.
The kalpa of emptiness must be plumbed to the bottom;
The wondrous function does not trace the root.
Who transmitted the lineage's robe and bowl?
That family naturally has its own children and grandchildren.
