髮白面黃。鼻直口方。雲水精神老。叢林氣味長。
青蛇露時星爛爛。白鳥沒處煙蒼蒼。印空有據。
印泥成章。家家門前柏樹子。豈獨趙州能對揚。

Hair white, face yellow; / Nose straight, mouth square. / The vigor of clouds and waters has grown old; / The flavor of the monastic grove is long-lasting. / When the green snake appears, the stars are brilliant; / Where the white bird vanishes, the mist is deep blue. / Stamping empty space leaves evidence; / Stamping mud forms an imprint. / The cypress tree in front of every house's gate: / How could Zhaozhou alone expound it?
