9.315

寫出老僧形容可憎。秋生眼角雪點眉稜。胸次有丘壑。
口頭無葛藤。功忘自據菩提座。照盡誰傳般若燈。
借光施設。恰恰相應。

Depicting the old monk's appearance, repulsive indeed:
Autumn rises at the corners of his eyes, snow flecks the ridges of his brows.
Within his breast are hills and ravines;
Upon his tongue there are no entangled vines.
With effort forgotten, he occupies the bodhi seat on his own;
Illumination exhausted, who transmits the lamp of prajñā?
Borrowing light to manifest and apply,
It fits together in exact accord.
