據胡床握麈柄。句中起倒。機頭偏正。真得出思議。
妙應亡眺聽。徹二儀萬像根源。識諸佛歷代性命。
曲直逆順兮任縱任橫。長短方圓兮何少何剩。

Sitting upon the chair and grasping the whisk, / within phrases there is raising and putting down; / at the pivot of action, bias and upright. / Truly transcending thought and deliberation, / wondrous responsiveness forgets seeing and listening. / Penetrating the root-source of the two modes and myriad phenomena, / recognizing the lifeblood of the successive buddhas. / Crooked or straight, adverse or accordant—freely unrestricted, vertical or horizontal; / long or short, square or round—what is lacking, what is excess?
