地水火風。因緣會同。見聞知覺。門戶疎通。隨宜而得用。
及盡而亡功。明白機輪還自轉。相逢誰識大家翁。

Earth, water, fire, and wind / convene through conditions. / Seeing, hearing, knowing, and perceiving: / the gates are freely opened. / Adapting to circumstances, function is attained; / reaching the limit, merit is forgotten. / The bright mechanism-wheel naturally turns on its own; / when meeting face to face, who recognizes the master of the house?
