髮衰雪白。眼寒秋碧。壁立千尋功消一色。體得有家風。
心傳亡轍跡。少林祖師兮。豈會唐言。
黃梅行者兮。不識橫畫。

Aging hair, white as snow; / cold eyes, autumn blue-green. / Standing sheer as a thousand-fathom cliff, merit dissolves into a single hue. / Embodying it, there is a family style; / mind transmitted, wheel-tracks vanish. / The ancestral master of Shaolin— / how could he understand the Tang language? / The practitioner of Huangmei— / he did not even know a horizontal stroke.
