形骸槁如。林壑深居。衰髮雪松白。閒情霜竹虛。
智游空劫珠胎蚌。妙應因緣井覷驢。豹霧之虎。
龍雷之魚。黃梅衣鉢繩繩信。盧老心傳不識書。

The physical form is withered and dry; / dwelling deep in forests and ravines. / Aging hair white as snowy pine; / leisurely mood hollow as frosty bamboo. / Wisdom wanders in the kalpa of emptiness, like a clam bearing a pearl; / wondrous response accords with conditions, like a well looking at a donkey. / A tiger in the leopard-thick mist, / a fish amid dragon thunder. / Huangmei's robe and bowl were continuous tokens of faith; / Old Lu's mind-transmission did not know books.
