兀兀默耕。天成地平。一心無住住。萬像不生生。
起家空劫壺中句。借伴今時路上行。攪叢林人七八處。
令行而據。握拄杖子四十年。師坐而橫。
用之不敝。虛而不盈。

Unmoving, silently tilling; / Heaven accomplished, earth leveled. / The one mind has nowhere to dwell; / The myriad phenomena are unborn and unceasing. / Establishing the household with the phrase in the gourd of the kalpa of emptiness; / Borrowing companions to walk the road of the present time. / Stirring up people of monastic groves in seven or eight places; / Orders executed and established. / Holding the staff for forty years; / The master sits while it lies horizontal. / Using it without exhaustion; / Empty without overflowing.
