9.487

白髮蒼顏。三篾住山。開眼不覺曉。靜坐不知間。
善應全機用。靈明入道環。而今相伴塵中去。
榆葉青錢莫我慳。

White hair and weathered face,
With three bamboo strips he dwells in the mountains.
Opening his eyes, he is unaware of dawn;
Sitting in stillness, he knows not the passage of time.
Skillfully responding with the complete working of function,
His spiritual clarity enters the ring of the Dao.
Now he goes along into the dust;
Do not begrudge me the green coins of elm leaves.
