聖節上堂。視須彌山之高高。而出須彌。比大海水之深深。則逾大海。所以聖人慶誕。臣僧舉揚。且道。如何為堯為舜。萬壽無疆。

Ascending the hall on the imperial birthday: "Look at the towering height of Mount Sumeru, yet it surpasses Sumeru; compare it to the deep depths of the great ocean waters, yet it exceeds the great ocean. Therefore, on this celebration of the sage's birthday, this monk-subject extols it. But tell me: how is it Yao, how is it Shun? May he live ten thousand years without bound!"
