垂示云。度越階級超絕方便。機機相應。句句相投。儻非入大解脫門。得大解脫用。何以權衡佛祖。龜鑑宗乘。且道當機直截。逆順縱橫。如何道得出身句。試請舉看。

A pointer says: Transcending stages and surpassing expedients, dynamic function corresponds with dynamic function, and phrase accords with phrase. If one has not entered the gate of great liberation and attained the functioning of great liberation, how could one weigh the Buddhas and patriarchs, or serve as a mirror for the ancestral school? Tell me, facing the dynamic directly, in reverse and in accord, freely giving free rein—how can one speak a phrase of escape? Please cite it for examination.
