問：「非惟外道修善，不得解脫；依內教修，亦有不得道者，何耶？」

Question: “Not only do non-Buddhists who cultivate good fail to attain liberation; among those who cultivate relying on the internal teaching, there are also some who fail to attain the Way. Why is that?”
