麫裏有筋須有脚。忽然筋去脚難行。自家喫著情猶倦。
過與他人意未平。

In flour there is gluten, just as there must be feet;
If suddenly the gluten is removed, the feet can hardly walk.
When eating it oneself, the mind already feels weary;
Passing it on to others, one's conscience finds no peace.
