思敏。依靈芝增受戒法。專心淨業。二十年。一日偶疾。請眾諷觀經者半月三日見化佛滿室。臨終念佛聲出眾外。酷暑留龕七日不變。異香郁然。

Simin relied on Lingzhi to receive the higher precepts and concentrated his mind on Pure Land practice for twenty years. One day he fell ill, and asked the assembly to chant the Contemplation Sūtra for half a month; on the third day, he saw manifested Buddhas filling the room. At the end, his voice recollecting the Buddha stood out above the assembly. In intense summer heat, his casket was kept for seven days without decaying, emitting an exquisite fragrance.
