若觀。居烏鎮嘉會。結十萬人念佛。人各十萬聲期。先得生者次第汲引。師誦法華光明二經日滿百部。二十年中誦滿六十萬部。誓與群生莊嚴淨業。一日空相來訪相陪齋食。忽索筆書偈。趺坐而化。

Ruoguan resided at Jiahui in Wuzhen. He gathered one hundred thousand people to chant the Buddha's name, each with an aim of one hundred thousand repetitions, with the first to attain rebirth drawing the others along in turn. The Master recited the Lotus and Suvarṇaprabhāsa sūtras, completing a hundred fascicles daily; over twenty years, he recited a full six hundred thousand fascicles, vowing to adorn pure karma together with all living beings. One day, Kongxiang came to visit, and they sat together for a meal. Suddenly he asked for a brush, wrote a verse, sat cross-legged, and passed away.
