會稽胡氏淨安。禮阿彌陀佛八萬四千相好者四會。偶微疾。見佛來迎。安庠坐逝。路人聞空中樂聲隱隱西去。

Lady Hu, [styled] Jing'an, of Kuaiji, performed prostrations to the eighty-four thousand marks of excellence of Amitābha Buddha across four retreat assemblies. Falling slightly ill, she saw the Buddha coming to welcome her, and peacefully passed away while seated. Passersby heard musical sounds faintly fading toward the west in the sky.
