霅川朱氏。念佛三十年。每讀金剛經以為聖賢在此不敢踞坐。後忽不食四十日。唯飲水念佛。先夢三僧入室各執蓮華謂曰。我先為汝種此蓮華。汝却歸來。既覺喜悅。乃請僧眾念佛為助即就座而化。

Lady Zhu of Zhachuan had recited the Buddha's name for thirty years. Whenever she read the Diamond Sūtra, she believed that holy sages were present and did not dare sit casually. Later, she suddenly did not eat for forty days, only drinking water and reciting the Buddha's name. Earlier, she had dreamed of three monks entering her room, each holding a lotus flower, who said to her: 'We have previously planted this lotus flower for you; return now.' Upon awakening, she was filled with joy. She then invited the assembly of monks to assist her in reciting the Buddha's name, took her seat, and passed away.
