三年。蘇峻為亂焚燒宮室。獨樂賢堂明帝所畫釋迦像不壞。帝勅著作製頌。以彰聖德。
In the third year, Su Jun started a rebellion and burned the palace halls; only the image of Śākyamuni painted by Emperor Ming in the Lexian Hall was not destroyed. The Emperor ordered the court writers to compose an encomium to manifest its sacred virtue.
