二年。帝誕節詔於佛寺建祝壽道場（聖節道場之始）神䴥元年（䴥音加牡鹿）帝誕節詔天下佛寺並建道場。

In the second year, on the emperor's birthday, an edict ordered the establishment of bodhimaṇḍas for praying for longevity in Buddhist temples (the beginning of birthday bodhimaṇḍas). In the first year of Shenjia (jia is pronounced jia, meaning a male deer), on the emperor's birthday, an edict ordered that bodhimaṇḍas be established in all Buddhist monasteries throughout the realm.
