三年。勅勳臣戚里應功德墳寺自造屋置田止賜名額蠲免科敷從本家請僧住持。不許指占有額寺院充墳寺功德。許御史臺內侍省彈劾施行。

In the third year, an imperial decree was issued: 'Regarding the merit-field grave monasteries of meritorious ministers and imperial relatives, where they build the buildings and purchase the land themselves, they shall only be granted a name plaque, be exempted from requisition labor and taxes, and be allowed to invite monks to serve as abbots according to the family's choice. They are not permitted to seize already-titled monasteries to serve as their grave-monastery merit fields. The Censorate and Palace Attendant Directorate are authorized to impeach and enforce this.'
