齊釋慧基。明皇帝兩詔不起。就於會邑龜山立寶林精舍。甞為文宣王著法華疏義。十一月入寂。壽八十五歲（高僧傳）。

Shi Huiji of Qi was summoned twice by Emperor Ming but did not rise. In Guishan in Hui County, he founded the Baolin Hermitage. He once composed a commentary on the meaning of the Lotus Sūtra for King Wenxuan. In the eleventh month, he entered quiescence at the age of eighty-five (Biographies of Eminent Monks).
