辛酉會昌元年六月。以衡山道士劉玄靜為光祿大夫。充崇玄館學士。六祖下五世圭峯宗密禪師入寂（傳燈錄）。
In the xinyou year, the first year of Huichang, in the sixth month, the Daoist Liu Xuanjing of Mount Heng was appointed Grand Master of Imperial Splendor and Academician of the Chongxuan Institute. Chan Master Guifeng Zongmi, fifth generation under the Sixth Patriarch, entered quiescence (Transmission of the Lamp).
