In the territory of Chongde in Xiuzhou, there is Chexi. Because of the ancient pagoda at the Tang-era town of Qingzhen, monks established Shousheng Cloister and invited Dharma Master Zeqing to found the mountain and serve as abbot. Qing was a dharma son of Ciban and a grandson of Nanping, belonging to the third generation after Fazhi. He entered tranquility during the Daguan era of Emperor Huizong. His funeral pagoda was erected south of the cloister on the Furongpu. He had dharma heirs named Keguang, Youpeng, Qibi, Ruzhan, and Shanrong. The lamp succeeded lamp without interruption, and all his disciples were dragons and elephants. Every year he established the Lotus Samādhi period of repentance. When Emperor Gaozong resided in the Dexiu Palace, he changed the name of Shousheng to Guangfu Cloister. Most of the lecture traditions in Wu and Yue belong to the lineage of Chexi (Siji).
