壬子皇慶元年。帝論曰。御史臺是一時公論。國史院是萬世公論也　五月禁諸王。毋得以農時出獵擾民。至十月方許獵。

In the first year of the Huangqing era, a renzi year, the Emperor remarked: 'The Censorate is the public opinion of one era; the National History Academy is the public opinion of ten thousand generations.' In the fifth month, the princes were forbidden from going hunting during the farming season to disturb the people; only when the tenth month arrived was hunting permitted.
